Physio&Go, the first Swiss company to provide the intervention of physiotherapists directly to companies.

What is physiotherapy?

Physiotherapy is a paramedical discipline that focuses on treating illnesses, disabilities, paralyses and disorders of the human body by natural means. It aims to restore the quality and integrity of body movement. Since 1966, physiotherapy has been officially recognised in Switzerland as a paramedical profession.(ref. #1)

What are the goals of physiotherapy at work?

In the business world, physiotherapy mainly seeks to treat or control pain, musculoskeletal stiffness, weakness, fatigue and muscle stress. Thanks to their knowledge about the human body and biomechanics, physiotherapists are also effective in the prevention of occupational diseases and work-related accidents.(ref. #1)

What techniques do our physiotherapists use?

In addition to inheriting ancestral techniques, physiotherapy benefits from the most recent scientific achievements and never stops evolving. It mainly uses massage and mobilisation of soft tissue (skin, muscles, fasciae, etc.), active movements and exercises, and passive or semi-active movements in order to prevent and treat MSDs.(ref. #1)
